About Us - Management Team - Jeremy Bartos

Jeremy Bartos, PhD, is the Ingredient Product Manager for the pTeroPure division of ChromaDex, Inc.  Since joining ChromaDex in 2008, Dr. Bartos has been involved in technical sales for the company’s analytical testing and stability study programs and has been instrumental in the marketing of pTeroPure pterostilbene, AnthoPure Anthocyanin technology, resveratrol, and curcumin as premium ingredients for the nutraceutical market.

Dr. Bartos has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and invited book chapters with a focus on cancer progression and prevention. Prior to joining ChromaDex, Dr. Bartos was an NCI-funded Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY, where he focused on the enzymatic interactions during Okazaki fragment maturation.

Dr. Bartos received his B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Rochester and his PhD in Molecular Biology from Roswell Park Cancer Institute, a division of the State University of New York at Buffalo.
